No blog this week

Unfortunately, the indispensable Mrs Eye was whipped into Pilgrim Hospital on Sunday for emergency surgery, which renders the need to sit down and write a blog for hours about our  useless local authority totally unimportant. 

Fortunately, Mrs E is making good progress and heading for complete recovery.

We may return next week, but it's impossible to say at this stage.
