I don't think the real cause of problem is because we have to few houses being built Malcolm, its more likely because we have such huge uncontrolled non stop numbers of people many with families arriving in the area who all require housing, which as things now stand results in our problem that however many houses are built in the area it would still be just a mere fleabite, those wanting housing in the area will as things now stand always far outstrip our ability to provide them.
