Here’s a regular who thinks that parking 50:50 across yellow lines and footpath makes things ok.

Try getting by with a pushchair/wheelchair.

    This seems to be a very widespread problem in Boston, for much my wife's last few months she was confined to a wheelchair so I know exactly what you are saying Malcolm, they just don't care.
